PEP has a proud tradition of wood furniture production going back several years. Currently we are focusing our efforts on improving our level of customer service. We have spent the last few years improving the quality of the product offerings. Now we are working hard to improve the timeliness of our delivery. Part of this effort requires us to limit the variety of product we offer and the variety of options we offer, such as the choice of wood, fabric and hardware. We currently offer two woods selections, Alaskan Birch and Northern Red Oak. We have 12 different fabrics to select from.

Our new policy is to offer a more limited selection of items, which we will do our best, to always have in stock for more rapid delivery.  In the future, as part of our improved customer service effort, we will allow you to check inventory levels and place your orders with us on-line. We are hopeful the positive aspects of these changes will overcome some of the difficulty you may encounter during this time of change.
